I found the product ready to work with. I spayed on with a spray bottle I had then rinsed off with a garden hose after an hour or so. I liked that I didn’t have to scrub my house paint.
My gold standard for cleaning mold items is regular vinegar. It seems to be the best in past experience. This cleaner does clean better. Some people like the scent, but I think it smells mildewy. I guess it's a matter of taste. These two bottles will make a ton of cleaner. I used it to clean mold that was accumulating on the surface of the pain on the top of walls and ceiling and it took it right off.
I did the grout on my white tile bathroom floor and it did an amazing job. Follow the dilution directions, lightly scrub, let sit, lightly scrub again and mop up, looks like new. It has a light pleasing scent, no harsh chemical smell, easy to use and a great value.
