Works fine if you pre-treat and put in laundry, but I keep getting wrong product

It works well enough if you pre-treat stains and leave them in the laundry for a day or two. Most of our stains are from natural deodorant, so it works well. We use baking soda, hydrogen peroxide and dish soap made into a paste for a bad stainMy biggest problem is I have now gotten the WRONG item twice! Once I got the multi-purpose, this time the Carpet. The labels are so similar, I don’t notice until I’ve popped open the box and put the sprayer on the bottle…and then can’t return. I’m a busy mom of 4, I don’t have time to inspect every box. How hard is it to send the RIGHT product??

Odorless and powerful! I've been able to remove bike grease shorts made of synthetic material, dried blackberry juice (on a white cotton shirt!), and splattered cooking oil from my jeans, all without a horrible smell from more popular products on the market.
